Not at all. Maydframe templates are built in Framer, so you can edit text, images, styles, and layouts visually without writing any code.

Can I use a Maydframe template for client projects?

Yes. If you’re building websites for clients, choose the Pro License to use the template for commercial and client projects.

Will I get future updates?

Yes. Any improvements, fixes, or updates made to the template will be available to you at no extra cost. Simply access the latest version from your purchase.

How do I access my purchase?

After checkout, you can access your templates and purchase details through the Polar customer portal : https://polar.sh/maydframe/portal/

Can I get a refund after purchase?

Since templates are digital products with instant access, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you experience any issues with your purchase, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Support includes helping you understand how the template works and making sure everything included works properly in Framer.

Please note: Support covers template-related issues only. Custom design changes, new sections, custom code, or personal setup services are not included.

Can I book a call or get a 1-on-1 session?

At the moment, we don’t offer calls or private sessions.

Support is handled through email so we can keep responses organized and provide help efficiently.

Can you customize the template for me?

Yes. If you prefer a done-for-you setup, we can help customize the template based on your needs.

We can help with branding updates, content replacement, layout adjustments, and preparing your website before launch.

I customized the template and something broke. Can you fix it?

We’ll do our best to help point you in the right direction.

However, heavily modified templates can be difficult to troubleshoot since they may no longer match the original setup.
